This is our Bakewell Tart Wax Melt.
 
Our traditional, sweet Bakewell Tart aroma opens with the unmistakable smell of buttery Pastry warming the melt-in-your-mouth Marzipan centre. This is layered with a summery blend of Raspberry, Strawberry and Cherry jam, topped with Vanilla Sponge. Top notes include scrumptious White Fondant and, of course, the Glacé Cherry on top.
 
Scent Story:
Inspired by my husband, Stanley's, love of Cherry Bakewells, I set out to make a Bakewell Tart Wax Melt where you can smell all the different layers of this delicious treat. From the Pastry to the scent notes in the Jams, and even the subtle aroma of Almond Marzipan, this is an ode to Bakewell Tarts. We visited Bakewell in Derbyshire several times and ate lots of Bakewell Tarts which we determined was completely necessary market research!
